Lumps can be a concern both from a cosmetic point of view as well as being worrying as to the nature of the lump.  Most lumps are benign and I can confirm this with some simple tests and, if desired, the lump can be removed with minimal scarring.  My cosmetic fellowship training has enabled me to hide scars in an aesthetically pleasing way, meaning you can have confidence that even unsightly lumps can be removed without anxiety.
